As you know, moonlight is only sunlight reflected, and you ask your self how does reflected sunlight effect the saiyan
while direct sunlight doesnt. Well here i will try my best to explain.
As i mentioned above, moonlight is only sunlight reflected, but only when reflected by the moon does it contain green
spectrum radiation, also called brute rays. When the moon is full, its radiation exceeds 17 million zeno units per second.
When saiyans absorb that amount through their eyes, a reaction is set off in a specific gland in their tails, causing their
oozaru transformation to begin.
