Here is a description of saiyans

When saiyans are born, there size varies much like human babies. If a saiyan is born with a tail, it is always the same length from the top of the leg to the bottom of the ankle. The tail continues to grow with the saiyan.

As the saiyans grow older, their tail grows with them. Children saiyans should be trained in a martial arts of some sourt around the age of 5+. After they reach 10, they should begin weight training.

This adult saiyan is a matured female. They share the same strengths and weaknesses as the male saiyan. Saiyans Reproduce the same was as humans do. Egg and sperm, etc.

This is how saiyans mate(or the prefered position). But like humans, they have many other positions. Once again, the tail is as long as the length from the top of the leg to the top of the ankle. In both male and female.
